This remarkable achievement was lauded by Collector Pamela Satpathy during a review meeting with bankers on Wednesday.
Leading the Way in PMFME:
Karimnagar secured the top spot in the entire state for successfully grounding 572,190 units under the PMFME scheme.
Bakery, spices, flour mills, and rice-based units were among the key areas benefiting from this initiative.
This impressive accomplishment highlights the district’s commitment to empowering micro-entrepreneurs in the food processing sector.

Sanction loans are pending in the proposal stage to further accelerate financial assistance.
