Hyderabad: Man Kills Wife Over Family Dispute in Tukaramgate

A man named Lakshman killed his wife, Roja, at their home in Tukaramgate, Secunderabad, after a fight on Tuesday night.

Lakshman and Roja had three children. Roja worked at an apparel store, while Lakshman did not have a job and often stayed idle.

On Tuesday, Lakshman came home drunk and started arguing with Roja. He then attacked her with a knife, which led to her death, according to Inspector Anjaneyulu from Tukaramgate.

The police arrived at the scene and took Roja’s body to the hospital for a postmortem examination. They mentioned that Lakshman often suspected his wife of being unfaithful and frequently argued with her. The police are currently searching for Lakshman, who is on the run.

Anil wanted to sell the house, but Suganamma disagreed, leading to frequent arguments. On Friday, after another disagreement, Anil and Tirumala allegedly killed Suganamma. They then told relatives that she had passed away from natural causes.
However, the suspicious circumstances raised concerns among the relatives, who informed the police. Tirumala and Anil were placed under arrest, and a case has been opened concerning the event.

Hyderabad: Man Stabbed to Death by Cousin Brother

Hyderabad: Naveed Qureshi, a 24-year-old man, was stabbed to death by his cousin brother Moiz Qureshi at IS Sadan in the old city of Hyderabad on Thursday afternoon.

The incident occurred when Naveed was sitting at his shop located at Edi Bazaar road. Moiz arrived at the shop and picked up an argument with Naveed over some unknown issue. Moiz then took out a knife and stabbed Naveed repeatedly, killing him.

The police arrived at the scene after receiving information about the incident and shifted Naveed’s body to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem examination. A case has been registered against Moiz.

Sources said that Moiz surrendered to the police after the incident.

The motive for the murder is still under investigation.

Hyderabad: Man accused of killing wife and son dies by suicide

A man who was accused of killing his wife and son six months ago in Hyderabad has died by suicide.

Y Dhanraj, a resident of Anajpur village, Abdullapurmet mandal of Rangareddy district, hanged himself at his house on Sunday.

Dhanraj was arrested in March for the murders of his wife Lavanya and son Kriyash. He was accused of killing his wife with an axe and then drowning his son in a water sump.

A case of dowry death was registered against Dhanraj and he was in remand. However, he was granted bail recently and was staying at his house in Anajpur.

Police are investigating the reasons behind Dhanraj’s suicide.

It is important to note that Dhanraj was accused of killing his wife and son, and that he has not been convicted of these crimes.
