CM Revanth Reddy Promises Job Calendar Amid Protests

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy responded to concerns from unemployed youth with an announcement that a job calendar would soon be released. This follows widespread protests across the State on Friday.

Revanth Reddy assured that the government is committed to filling vacant government positions and will make decisions to benefit unemployed youth. He urged protesters not to be misled by political parties.

Addressing the issue of delayed notifications for job exams, the Chief Minister explained that altering rules midway could lead to legal complications. He emphasized that the government would carefully consider all aspects before making decisions.

CM Revanth Reddy highlighted that the previous Congress government had fulfilled its promise by filling 28,942 jobs. Discussions with student leaders and officials were held to address ongoing concerns, ensuring exams are conducted smoothly without overlap.

He urged patience from the unemployed and promised to resolve demands in collaboration with senior officials and the Chief Secretary. Issues such as exam schedules and post increases for Group 2 and Group 3 were discussed during the meeting.

The Chief Minister assured that the Education Department and Telangana Public Service Commission would address concerns raised by student union leaders regarding exam schedules, promising a swift resolution.

CM Revanth Reddy Wants TSPSC Improvements

CM Revanth Reddy Pushes for Transparent TSPSC Recruitment: Calls for Examining Best Practices and Ensuring Secure Arrangements for Class 10, Inter Exams.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had a meeting about TSPSC recruitments on Tuesday in Hyderabad. He told officials to look into how other public service commissions conduct exams and recruitments and report back.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister asked officials to make TSPSC recruitments more transparent. He emphasized the need for necessary technology and staff support for TSPSC.

The Chief Minister also wanted guidelines for appointing the TSPSC Chairman and members to align with Supreme Court guidelines. He instructed officials to send a team to study recruitment processes at UPSC and other state PSCs.

The meeting included Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari, TSPSC Secretary Anitha Ramachandran, and other senior officials.

Secure Arrangements for Class 10, Inter Exams

In another meeting, the Chief Minister instructed officials to ensure secure arrangements for upcoming Class 10 and Intermediate exams. He emphasized avoiding any inconvenience for students and preventing paper leaks.

The Chief Minister wanted a detailed report on government and private university functioning in the state. He also sought information on locations needing new junior colleges, with a focus on places for girls’ junior colleges.
