GMR Hyderabad Airport Continues Award-Winning Streak with 2023 ACI World Recognition

Building on its impressive history, GMR Hyderabad International Airport has once again secured a prestigious award in the 2023 ACI World Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards. This time, the airport was recognized as the ‘Best Airport’ in the 15 to 25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA) category in the Asia-Pacific region.

This achievement adds to GMR Hyderabad Airport’s long list of accolades. Notably, it held the World No. 1 position four times (2009, 2010, 2016, and 2017) in the 5-15 MPPA category within the ACI-ASQ Awards for nine consecutive years (2009-2017). Since then, the airport has consistently ranked among the top performers, earning recognitions like “Best Airport by Size and Region” in the 15-25 MPPA category for the Asia-Pacific region.

Attributing this win to the team’s dedication and the ongoing expansion efforts, CEO Pradeep Panicker highlighted the airport’s commitment to providing a delightful and experiential travel journey through continuous investments in technology and innovative solutions.
