Apple Store: Five suspects entered an Apple Store in Burlingame, California on October 24 and stole a number of undisclosed Apple items worth an estimated $100,000. The suspects fled in a grey BMW X5 SUV with no license plate. No employees or security personnel were injured during the robbery.

Authorities eventually located the BMW, but were unable to stop it, and the suspects are still at large.

Last month, a group of masked people barged into an Apple Store in Philadelphia and fled with a number of products, including iPhone 15 devices and iPads. Police chased looters and recovered some of the stolen items, but many suspects remain at large.

These incidents highlight the increasing risk of theft at Apple Stores, and the need for retailers to take additional security measures to protect their customers and employees.
