Warangal, Telangana: In view of the upcoming Telangana Legislative Assembly elections, Warangal Police Commissioner Amber Kishore Jha conducted a surprise check post on the outskirts of Pemberti village of Jangam district on Monday midnight.

The police Commissioner inspected the manner of checking the vehicles of the local police personnel at the field level. Speaking to the media, the Police Commissioner said that the surprise check post was conducted to ensure that the Warangal Commissionerate Police is performing its duties efficiently and effectively. He also said that the surprise check post was also conducted to deter any illegal activities.

The Police Commissioner further said that he was satisfied with the work of the local police personnel at the Pembarti check post. He said that the police personnel were checking the vehicles thoroughly and were following all the necessary protocols.
