Ugadi Festivities Marred by Tragedy: Young Man Dies in Road Accident
Eruka Mahesh, a 21-year-old resident of Narsingi village, tragically lost his life in a road accident on Tuesday. The incident occurred in Medak district’s Papannapet Mandal, as Mahesh was on his way to collect mango leaves for the Ugadi festival celebrations.
According to reports, Mahesh’s motorbike collided with another two-wheeler from behind. The impact resulted in severe head injuries, leading to his death at the scene. The other biker reportedly sustained minor injuries.
Following the accident, authorities registered a case and transferred Mahesh’s body to the Government Hospital in Medak for a postmortem examination. This unfortunate event casts a shadow over what should be a joyous occasion for the community.
