The blaze, which reportedly began in one of the vehicles, quickly spread to others, engulfing three seven-seater auto-rickshaws and a goods trolley. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.

Fire department officials were promptly alerted and rushed to the scene to douse the flames. The Bandlaguda police also arrived at the location and initiated an investigation.

“The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and all possibilities are being probed,” stated local police officials.

The incident has raised concerns about the safety of seized vehicles stored at RTA offices. While the exact value of the damage is yet to be ascertained, the fire serves as a stark reminder of the need for proper safety measures to prevent such occurrences.
