Traffic Diversions in Hyderabad for Elevated Corridor Work
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory for nine months due to the construction of an elevated corridor between Paradise Junction and Dairy Farm Road starting October 30.
During this period, the road between Rajiv Gandhi Statue Junction and Balamrai will remain closed in both directions. Motorists are advised to avoid the stretch from Balamrai to CTO Junction, as heavy traffic is expected in nearby areas.

Alternative Routes:
- Vehicles from Balanagar heading towards Panjagutta or Tank Bund can take the Tadbund – Mastan Café – Diamond Point – Mudfort – NCC – JBS – SBI
- Vehicles from Suchitra towards Panjagutta or Tank Bund can go via Safe Express – Bapuji Nagar – Centre Point – Diamond Point – Mudfort – NCC – JBS – SBI.
- Traffic from Tank Bund, Rani Gunj, Panjagutta, Rasoolpura, or Plaza heading to Tadbund will be diverted at Rajiv Gandhi Statue Junction towards Anna Nagar – Balamrai – Tadbund.
- Anna Nagar residents going towards Panjagutta or Tank Bund are advised to use bylanes like Meeting Point, Hockey Ground, and Law & Order Police Station lanes, or take the Balamrai route
Traffic police have requested citizens to follow the advisories and cooperate during the construction period.
