Minister Konda Surekha brings welcome relief to pilgrims by announcing the temporary suspension of the environment impact fee for vehicles entering the Eturu Nagaram reserve forest. This exemption, valid from February 2nd to 29th, 2024, coincides with the revered Sammakka Sarakka Jatara (Medaram Jatara) and aims to ease travel for devotees.

Committed to a smooth and hassle-free pilgrimage experience, the Telangana government is taking several measures. This fee waiver is one such initiative, demonstrating their focus on minimizing inconvenience for participants. Minister Surekha emphasized this commitment, highlighting the temporary nature of the fee suspension until the completion of the Jatara.
