Bihar Bridge Collapses: Growing Concerns
Another bridge collapsed today in Bihar’s Siwan district, making it the seventh bridge to fall apart in the state over the past two weeks. This time, it happened in Deoria block, connecting several villages with Mahrajganj.
Thankfully, no one was hurt in the collapse. Officials are trying to figure out exactly why it happened. They suspect heavy rain might have played a role, weakening the bridge over the Gandaki river.
