TGIIC earns ₹3,135 crore from Raidurg land auction
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has earned ₹3,135 crore from the auction of two prime land parcels in Raidurg on Monday. The total includes tentative revenue from registration fees, stamp duty, and other charges.
The first plot, measuring 7.67 acres, fetched ₹1,358 crore at ₹177 crore per acre, with 12 bidders competing. The second plot, spread over 11 acres, was sold for ₹1,556.5 crore at ₹141.5 crore per acre, with five participants in the auction.

Both plots are located in Hyderabad’s Knowledge City area, close to HITEC City and Gachibowli. Their strategic location and strong connectivity made them highly attractive for major commercial projects.
TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K. Shashanka thanked the bidders for their participation and confidence in Telangana’s growth. He also appreciated the efforts of TGIIC, JLL, and MSTC for conducting the auction smoothly and transparently.
