Telangana: Lightning Strike Claims Two Lives in Medak District
Two individuals, identified as Shettiboyina Siddaiah (50) and Chakali Nandu (22), were tragically killed by lightning strikes in Medak district on Wednesday night. The incident occurred in Shamnapur village, Havelighanpur mandal.
Siddaiah and Nandu had entered a nearby forest area to collect firewood. When they failed to return home by nightfall, villagers initiated a search operation that continued into the night. Sadly, the search party only located their bodies on a hillock Thursday morning.

The bodies were transported to the Government Hospital Medak for postmortem examination. Local authorities have registered a case regarding the incident.
