Kerala Man Suspected in Multiple Murders, Human Bones Found at His Home
Alappuzha, Kerala – A shocking case is unfolding in Kerala’s Alappuzha district, where police suspect a 68-year-old man, Sebastian CM, may be involved in a series of murders.
The case started with the disappearance of a woman named Jainamma. Her husband, Appachan, had filed a missing person’s report, which led police to Sebastian’s house in Pallippuram near Cherthala.
During the search, officers found disturbing evidence — about 20 burnt human bone fragments, teeth, blood stains, women’s clothes, and a handbag. These items have been sent for DNA testing to confirm their origin.

Police believe Sebastian may have targeted women who lived alone or were cut off from society. He is already accused of killing Jainamma and is now being investigated for the disappearances of two other women:
- Bindu Padmanabhan, missing since 2006
- Ayesha, missing since 2012
The crime branch teams from both Kottayam and Alappuzha are now involved in the case. An action council that has been demanding justice for Bindu since 2017 is now calling for a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to handle all three cases. They are also questioning whether Sebastian acted alone or had help.
As police dig deeper, the case is sparking fear in the community and raising concerns that more grim evidence may come to light.
